Announcement About the Bitwise Trendwise Ethereum and Treasuries Rotation Strategy ETF (AETH)

Bitwise Investment Manager, LLC, the Fund’s Adviser, plans to close and liquidate the Fund on October 13, 2026. Shareholders who do not sell their shares of AETH by October 2, 2026, will have their shares automatically redeemed for cash based on the Fund’s net asset value (NAV) on October 9, 2026. The redemption is expected to be provided to shareholders through their brokers or other financial intermediaries on or around October 13, 2026.
