Bitwise Investment Manager, LLC, the Fund’s Adviser, closed and liquidated the Fund on October 13, 2026. Shareholders who did not sell their shares of AETH by October 2, 2026, had their shares automatically redeemed for cash based on the Fund’s net asset value (NAV) on October 9, 2026. The redemption was provided to shareholders through their brokers or other financial intermediaries on or around October 13, 2026.
